      forcing WILD

Hi, this is just my own way (kind of) of inducing WILD.

First you just sleep as usual, then at times your dream just fades away

smoothly and you realize your lying on your bed. now, just stay like

that for a while, then just immediately POP open your eyes!!

this will induce a WILD state. I've succeeded by using this 4 times.

but freaked out the first two times, and the third time, it just went away

and I woke up. The last time, I stayed calm and the ringing disappeared

and I thought if I opened my eyes I'll see a dream scenery, but just as

I tried to open my eyes, my body started moving un-intentionally.

after awhile, it ended, and I flet myself in my bed again. so I got up and

      wrote about it.

I heard this method works well if you sleep on your back facing the ceiling

or if your taking a nap during the day.

Next time I'm going to try to keep my eyes opened. (mentally)

the first time I did that I saw my room filling with colors and lights.

      then I freaked out.

yeah, so it's like, when you POP open your eyes to wake up,

instead of waking up, your ears starts to ring, it's like a wierd sound

then you see these lights flashing like hypnotic images.

Then I noticed I'm still closing my eyes. or did I close it? I'm not sure

your body feels like it's sinking and floating or spinning in 3D.

the last time I remember when I tried to stay calm, the ringing stopped

and everything went black. because I was closing my eyes. and then

my body just flipped over and got on my knees, then my head just

swinged sideways violently. which felt like someone else was controlling me.

then I freaked out at woke up. I couldn't open my eyes cause I was

      afraid what I might see.

you have to Really POP! it open like this

      -> POP!

oh and it also helps if you put your hand on your chest like a dead person

when you sleep. you need a bit of luck, because you have to naturally

smoothly wake while your eyes still closed.

So you were on your knees or was it a dream?

Did anyone else try this? What were the results?

Now thats funny. I know what you mean, but whats actually going on is not that you are using your physical eyes. You are seeing the mental replica of your room through your dream eyes. This is very commonplace in WILD's.

Now that I think about it, once after an LD, I did wake up in a dream version of my room. It looked strange, as if I was looking the wrong way.

Tried it and managed it just once but all I got was some buzzing in my ears, no more. I wonder if I could have entered WILD from there but I got up to go to the toilet then.
