      i was wondering if meditating before going to bed would help the chances of having a lucid dreams. Ive heard people say that they meditated before they slept and they had a lucid dream

      Yes. One particular meditation you can do before sleep is visualizing your day backwards as far back as you can with as much detail. Go backwards through out your day all the way up till last night's dreams and then reflect upon these memories. This will then cause you to dream about other things rather than things that happened during the day or yesterday, therefore leaving room for you to influence your dreams for lucid dreaming by incubation.       I woke up this morning and got into bed. Went up to the roof and swam down the chimney to the mall. They had a special on meat so I poured some into a glass and watered the milkman. Then I drew myself home and found the fish had ate the cat the cat had ate the dog and the dog had been eaten by the mailman. Then I got out of bed and went back to sleep.

      Ya I usualy can choose some of my dreams, becouse I always meditate right before sleep intill I lose conscousness and if I never lose conscousness then I&#39;ll meditate all night long and WILD repeatedly.

      When I meditate I think about what I&#39;d really like to dream about, and try not getting side tracked. works better if you wake up after 5 hours of sleep and start meditating again on something you want to dream about intill you fall asleep, make sure you wake up for at least 15 minutes or it&#39;ll be to hard to think.
