So, u imagine this ice skater spinning thing in bed?

Is it kinda like a rotisserie chicken movement?

      Best description ever.

Anyways, I tried this a few times, but never with any success. My problem was actually feeling the spinning. Also, I tried starting with real slow spinning,

      If that makes a difference.

Also, just a thought, would it help to roll around on the floor, say, before you go to bed, just so you get the feeling, and can visualize it easier?

I'd think I'd fine omega decisive's approach easier (moving backwards and forwards on an axis at waist level) - for some reason I can't visualise myself spinning in the first person - I always end up watching from the outside.

At what time did you try it, going to bed at evening or after waking during the night? I always do it when I wake during the night and imagine myself spinning quite fast.

But maybe for some people imagining themselve spinning is pretty hard, and maybe for those another visualisation works. I'd say, experiment! And rolling on the floor, dunno if it would help, maybe to make you laugh? Rofl I'd say try and see what happens!

I was going to try it last night, but I slept with my watch under my pillow.

But I'll give it another go tonight.
