Yup, roll off your bed and stand up on your bedroom floor. It will be a near 100% recreation of your real bedroom, but it will be a LD. Dont do it too soon though, you really need to be totally immersed in the spinning feeling. If you do it too soon, you will really stand up (not in the dream but IRL).

i've tried it in yesterday morning without hopes...And for the fuck, it worked...I had my LOSGEST and BEST lucid dream of my entire life...A lucid dream of fucking amazing 58 minutes...The most clearer, the most vivid, the most memorable, the longer and the best lucid dream that i ever had.

I need to thank you for this technique...It works, i need to say too, that yesterday it was so fast with this technique...I think that less than 3 minutes, so less, put me into the dream state, without FEELING the sleep paralysis (i only felt the sensation of spinning gotting real and a increasing buzz).

Thats cool to hear, Kanious! Personally I never had such a long LD yet, but your account kinda gives me extra motivation to go for it (Im having a bit of a drought lol but slowly getting back there...)

And no need to thank me, its fun sharing ideas on the forum . This is actually a technique that has been working for hundreds of years since it seems it was invented by yogis ages ago. I just "accidentaly" stumbled upon it when I tried it a few years ago.

i'll post it tomorrow...I have it on my dream journal (so it's in portuguese), i'm translating it...
