I had success the first time I did it, though I've had trouble falling asleep when I begin to move my fingers, I usualy fall asleep right after giving up. |

Hey all
just wondering how many people have had success with FILD (finger induced lucid dream) I think thats what its called anyway
anyway this technique got me to SP amazingly fast - like 2 min but then nothing
If you have no idea what im talking about - its when you twitch your index and middle finger like your playing a panio and then you do an RC after a few minutes and you find your in a dream.

Ive tried that one many many times, never have I gotten any satisfaction from it.
