      Okay, you just woke up after 5hrs sleep, you got 45min ahead of you. What can you possibily do?

      Suggestion#005: Watch an episode of a TV serie.

      Right now i'm watching season 2 of The Wire. It's great because it grabs my attention for the whole 50 min, while i do RCs each 10 min.

      So, how can you manage your WBTB not to be boring?

      Thats a good idea I&#39;m going to get a box set of a t.v. series soon, and since I&#39;m not turning on the t.v. at night to wake my parents, I could plug in my earphones to my portabal dvd player and watch it.

      I don&#39;t really do anything but write my dreams down during my wbtbs although I really need to start getting out of bed, I was thinking about using my computer to type in words "I&#39;m going to be in a dream soon" 30-40 times or so.

      You could try some maths (works for me to induce LDs). It will awaken your logical mind. Which is something you need in your dreams in order to gain lucidity.
