Well if you have read the is lucid dreaming bad for you in sleep and health you would no that the prefrontal cortex is shutdown during first sleep stage and activated after that the whole night. Now i am going by the theory if that if you sleep throught that stage you can lucid dream all night it hasent been tested but i know their theory behind it.

All you need to do is set your alarm 135 or 105 minuates after the time you go to sleep so example say i go to sleep about 11pm i would set alarm to wake me up at 1pm.

Now you wake up if you need to wake up at a special time just set alarm again now just do your method of WBTB during the mouring now. You will feel the same as you did when doing it in the mouring all you need to do is WILD and your part of brain which is responicble for lucid dreaming is recovered and fully functional so you can do it easily. Now you would be doing this around the time of NON REM which produce slightly different dreams then REM but they do produce dreams your also more tired so you would be able to stay in the dream longer your less likely to wake up.
Note try to think during the period between WBTB and waking up to try it do something like read or go over a mental puzzle this would bring your prefrontal cortex activty to a normal level so your chances of staying lucid is increased

P.S. I hope people try it because i really think this will work. Well saying that i hope that the reason we dont lucid dream is because of first sleep stage anyway i will try to night and see if it works well we can only hope.
