for many people even reaching sleep paralysis can take an hour or so, others can fall into a lucid in about 30 minutes. try some relaxation techniques such as Reverse Blinking |

I found out my mistake. I would always lay on my back with arms straight down. I sleep on my stomach though lol. So everynight I would just be waiting to lay on my stomach kind of lol. |
