Ive gone for like 15 minutes before and quit. Is that too long to the point I "already missed the bus", or did I not go long enough?

for many people even reaching sleep paralysis can take an hour or so, others can fall into a lucid in about 30 minutes. try some relaxation techniques such as Reverse Blinking

Those will help you to reach SP faster. After SP kicks in it's not long before HI starts. After HI just let yourself go into a lucid (don't forget that you are trying to lucid or you will slip into a normal dream)

I start to feel sleep paralysis after about 5-10 minutes, maybe I'm lucky (or just regular )

But then I've never gone on long enough for the rest of it

if i try to wild before going to sleep, i could probably wait more than an hour before anything started happening so i tend to try to wild as i wake up at night. Even then it takes me some 10-20 minutes to reach the vibrations and sp

(i have not actually wilded into lucidity yet)

I found out my mistake. I would always lay on my back with arms straight down. I sleep on my stomach though lol. So everynight I would just be waiting to lay on my stomach kind of lol.

So the other night I was reading in front of my fireplace and I decided to roll over and take a nap. I got HI and kind of woke up and realized it would be a good time to try WILD. I did it and got back to HI but was too excited.
