Which is most effective in attaining lucid dreams? |
|
I think if I, personally, was going to do the WBTB method that night, I would be exhausted before going to bed, so 5 hours later, when my REM cycle starts, I can wake up and write in my journal, then easily go back to sleep to get a lucid dream. |

When I go to bed exausted, I often sleep right through the night, fail to remember most of my dreams, and fail to remember to do MILD. So I like to go to bed around 12ish. When I go to bed not very tired and wake up in the middle of the night I usually remember 1-2 more dreams than if I didn't, so like 5-6. I have never had a lucid on a weekend because I always end up staying up practicly all night. But I'm guessing this is different for everyone. |

I had a strange dream last night...
I'd say going to bed exhausted as well because it would be easier to get to sleep so you could do techniques easier like MILD ect. Also if you get more sleep you will haver a higher chance of getting lucid and having more vivid dreams. |
