hmmm, well it's kinda like you put your tongue against the roof of your mouth all the way back. not that you move the tip of your tongue at all it's just the whole thing at once goes up. you can try to suck in air through your nose as hard as you want like that and it won't go down.

at least that's what I think...I'm describing it as I do it, it may not be the same for you. hmmm, hope that helped somehow
