Hi! Although I am new, I can induce sleep paralysis quite quickly and have just learned this after experimenting with WILD. I use the 61 point technique until my limbs feel heavy. Then use the reverse blinking technique until my body goes into sleep paralysis. When I go into SP, I get a tingling feeling (like a mild pins and needles) starting from my feet and working its way up my body. This lasts 10-20 seconds. |
