I've managed to LD again (after 3 weeks of near-to-nothingness) ! It lasted about 3 seconds but I managed to calm myself down.....I'm proud !
My approach the evening before was different: I watched Matrix 2 and Terminator 3, so I was in this ''I'm invincible mood" which a friend suggested (he LDs nearly naturally...). And before going to bed I "knew" I was going to LD (or told myself I was going to...without forcing my brain or anything).
And TADAA... it worked....(in my dream I was jumpiing all around and at one point I suggested myself: "why not try to jump really high", which I did and realised I was dreaming....)
Anyway, just to say: no need to force yourself to have a LD, just feel like you can do anything (maybe not all day but before going to bed, even if it's funny people ask you "what are you doing" - "oh...I'm just trying to fly"
