I read this yesterday and thought it was a great idea. Although, I don't find myself ENTERing rooms when I'm dream, I can imagine seeing myself in an unfamiliar room and doing a reality check.

Unfortunately, I'm a very forgetful person and I walk around my house a lot; for some reason I can keep consistent with it. I'll give it a shot for a few weeks though and see how it works for me.

Well after like 28 days things become a subconsious habbit, maybe it will be anoying for a while, but after that ammount of time of doing it diligantily it will be second nature, you wont even think about it. (That could lead to problems though)[/b]
Problems like what? Constant lucid dreams, maybe? I can see how that might get annoying after a while, but keep in mind that any habit can be unlearned : )
