This is kind of hard to describe, but I have an ability to put a unique form of pressure on my body that produces a weird feeling that feels sort of like sleep paralysis. I can do this anytime I want in any part of the day. Sometimes when I do it my body starts tingling like sleep paralysis as well.

I tried it this morning after waking up from one of the most lifelike LD's i've ever had. I couldn't get back to sleep though because at that time I'd been sleeping for about 7-8 hours. Anyway I was thinking of trying this technique tomorrow morning, but I don't want to waste my time if it's not gonna work.

Does anyone else know what I'm talking about, and can you do it as well?

And it is an effective method for inducing sleep or is it a waste of time?
