Ok, when i fall asleep im like warping time its like i fall asleep and i wake up instantly. so once i fall asleep i go through all the sleep cycles, time feels like its going x200 but its not. Thats why you wake your self up, then as you are crazy sleepy you use a technique. So then you can enter r.e.m sleep without hassle of trying before bed and not getting positive results because you just cant do a ld before r.e.m.

Anyways I made SNILD last night but I didn't try it out to see if it worked i was too tired and fell back asleep.

Requirements. Sticky notes.+5 hours of sleep. You take a sticky note, write down a location where you want your dream on it, write a person you can see in your mind clearly, and an adjective. We write an adjective because we constantly use them, so its kinda like an rc. So Example Dessert, hmm, for a person im going to say mr bean. and adjective, quickly. [b]now i take the sticky note put it on my hand[b] set alarm for +5-6 hours of sleep, wake up look at hand read in my mind each thing before going back to bed and then, think about each list item as soon as you close your eyes. if your dreaming and you see somehting going quickly your subconcious will recognise the word and you should lucid dream afterwards PEACE

Sounds like WBTB and MILD but with more physical/written elements.

If we're not careful everyone on these forums will have their own 'technique'..

Silly Rabbit, can i ask how many times you have become lucid using your technique? From what i've read from you, you haven't had a LD as of yet..?!?

Interesting, it is kind of like MILD for people with bad memories. It should improve your chances though. When doing MILD, you need to bring as many of your senses into play as possible. Writing it down on a sticky and studying the sticky uses your sense of touch as well as sight.

Anyone tried this yet with success?

you must be the change you wish to see in the world...

I have never ld'd yet only incredible vividness but in theory this should work.
yeah I tried this technique last night and i almost had my first ld it worked quite effectivly. I remembered all three things then visualised them and started normal dream then i did a reality check and everything started twirling so i just woke up to a false awakening
