Definitely after 5-8 hours sleep. Try to wake up in one of your later REM cycles, like at about 4.5 or 6 hours. |

Or right after 5-8 hours of sleep? Also I hear it's easier for some when they are about to take a nap in the daytime/afternoon more specifically, I dunno. |

I am from South Africa
You should try WILD after about 5 hours of sleep. It will be easier to relax cause you will get some sleep beforehand. 8 hours is too much - your body wont have the irresistable urge to fall asleep required to WILD... |

The easiest way for me is to MILD (i think thats what it is), i just wake up after every dream i have and tell myself once, "I will be lucid" or something like that. And fall back asleep and i have a lucid dream most of the time. |
