I asked my friend where did he get the idea he said from the show Heroes so I guess it is crazy. It does work let me say 95% . Only joking. The expriences itself is really good.

It is just like a normal Wild, however instead of counting you are flying. If you do a Wild then you will have no problems with this. Also you can do WBTB with this.

Yeah, I wanted to try that a few times, some time ago. It's a very interesting idea and I think it would work. The only problem with me is that I'm having a really hard time concentrating. This needs really good focus, I usually wander onto another topic, so it screws it up.

You could try the techinque right after you wake from a dream, before the REM starts (alarmclock?), or if you are some meditation master and do it that way .

This is similer to what my friend can do in his 1 secound wilds, he told me imagening your dream body moving and feeling touch is necissary for visual wilds.

I do the journey method to store memory so it is easy. If your having trouble just first imagine walking out of your door and to work or school and then when you get confortable start to fly slowly. I found this really easy and I had to use no concentration because it was so fun and easy. Just try to have fun.

It is about fun like flying over a bridge where their a thousand cars below you. Or flying over building. If you follow a path it becomes easy as you have to remeber the way to school, which is a simple mnemonic trick. This will keep your mind focused and relaxed. I don't know what other advice to give as it was really easy to do.

True. I remeber flying 2cm above the ground and putting my hands down to touch floor, which felt realistic. Movement is move useful.

In place of counting as a way to keep concentration in a WILD. It also has built in visualisations that bring you into the dream. Am I right in saying the concentration bit comes from following the route?

ahah, I see, so its another method for maintaining concentration. This is good. I will try this tonight. sometimes i fantasize like this during the day as well.

I had a dream where I was flying, however I didn't turn lucid. Well the gist is that I proved to my family I could fly and was going to collect a million pound, however about 30 minautes in I woke up and released I couldn't fly. It was fun, however kind of depressing as I released I couldn't fly. At the beggining of the dream I know I was close to becoming lucid. This is similar to a dream I had a motobike in it fun when your dreaming, but when you wake up it is annoying.

I do this sometimes during the day just for fun. I think if you do it throughout the day it can help as well. Anyway i think im going to try this tonight. Thanks for the idea. I will do it if i try to WILD.

I had four chances of becoming lucid. In a dream I was looking on the internet for the key to becoming lucid all the time and the placebo effect came up. So I will research the placebo effect and come up with a new technique soon.

I have found out that it is better to not have a journey in mind, but to fly around randomly. Like imaging flying out of your house and going past a maze or in a castle e.t.c. It more fun and increases the chance of becoming lucid. So don't have a path or journey in mind just fly around looking at stuff.

Yeah, it requires a passive mind, so you can't go creating what comes next, you have to learn how to instantly visualize every random thing that comes to mind, as soon as it does.
