Cool

A little while back, I posted a comment about TWILD, not actually intended to be a real technique... part of a joke thread that was going on... The technique stood for Time Warp induced lucid dream. I have had the song stuck in my head for about a week and a half now... I can hear it playing in my head ALL day... The thing is, when I'm sleeping, its still there... except we are dancing to it. Then, I think to myself "Why am I in the castle from The Rocky Horror Picture Show?", and I get lucid! Its happened 3 times so far. Tad embarrassing, but funny as crap.

The problem is, once I'm lucid, I still want to keep dancing lol.

Well ya see...

It's just a jump to your left.
Then, a step to your ri-yi-yi-yi-ght.
With your hands on your hips,
you bring your knees in ti-yi-yi-yi-ght
But, its the pelvic thrust, that really drives your in-say-ay-ay-ane.
Lets do the time warp again!
Lets do the time warp again!

Thats pretty much the technique... You listen 'til its stuck in your head and it will stick for the rest of your life.

I've had it stuck in my head so long, I can recite every word. I didn't know all the words when it first got in there.

does your song play in your mind in your dreams too? :S that sounds odd
Currently practicing WILD. I quote Kaniaz who said it best: "The point of WILD is to piss me off". Though, I have not given up, far from it.

Why do I find this thread delightfully hilarious?

Maybe because we're having meatloaf for dinner... again.

...
With a bit of a mind flip
you're into a time slip
and nothing can ever be the same
you're spaced out on sensation...

HA!!!!

Like you're under sedation!

I wouldn't recommend this technique to other people... its just one of those weird things. The song is "The time warp" from the Rocky Horror Picture Show.

does your song play in your mind in your dreams too? :S that sounds odd
[/b]
Ya... but its not that odd, since I hear it all day, as well now. Its on loop in my head... ALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL DAY!

Anyway, where is this TWILD technique?[/b]
There isn't a guide for it... and I don't there will be one. I have serious doubts that this would work for other people. I made the technique as a joke and got results from it... I just felt it was worth stating.
