I think some people misunderstood my problem. I have some very interesting dreams in all kinds of situations and enviroments.

Just that whenever I become lucid, I seem to be stuck or just generally struggling to "get out". Perhaps I want to get out becuase I expect to be free in lucid dreams and experience vivid colour and emotion. I think it's pshycological, like I don't want to disappoint myself if it doesn't meet my expectations.

Lucius I think your suggestions will be very helpful. I am slowing gaining momentum with my quest to get more and better lucidity and this will help.

Funny you should say this. It reminds me of a "lucid" where I encountered a balcony from inside a tall building. I wanted to jump so I could do the whole flying thing only at the time, it seemed so realistic that I was worried I would fall to my death. Think this uncertaintly led to me losing lucidity.

      Thanks for help people

Something else that might help :

Try visualisation excersises. If youre afraid its because of your expections that is.

Visualise a tranquil and beautiful, vivid setting, possibly use a picture or painting.. and practice visualising it from time to time. Like meditation. Then, when doing WILD, gentlly stay focused on your peaceful vision, ultimately you should be able to actually visit this landscape

This is actually interesting for artists and writers who wish to visit their own creations
