Assuming that you are on a regular sleep schedule (are you going to bed/waking up at roughly the same time each night?) and that you are writing in a Dream Journal, try drinking a couple glasses of water before bed. Two and a half works for me. Other people that live here are light sleepers, so using an alarm clock isn't an option for me (I'm assuming it's the same situation for you). Also, be sure to say out loud as well as in your thoughts that you will wake up after every dream. Think that, along with that you will remember your dreams. Auto-suggestion really helps! Basically, I just described what I've been doing for the past week (remembering a couple dreams per night, sometimes three). |
