does anyone have any good rcs that never fail, or good ways of remembering to do them? im frustrated because i would have had several lucid dreams by now if my rcs had worked.

Also i wanted to mention a dream i had the other morning. I seemed to be on the edge of a lucid dream, but i kept waking up. I was having a converstation with someone in the dream, but it seemed lke every time i blinked i woke up. I was so tired i managed to fall asleep again instantly and re enter the dream, but i still kept waking up. Has anyone else experienced anything like this? Just curious.[/b]
What reality check failed the most? The words one or nose one? If the nose one is failing a lot it's probaly because your dream body is a bit more stable than most. Then your might fail a lot on the nose rc o the hand though finger rc or ones like that. I find that if the looking at letters twice failed seems odd... rc's that have to do with exterior items seems work more often.

Anyway, if you're looking for a new RC to try out, I suggest using the digital watch technique. It's the only RC I do and it's sparked around 20 of my lucid dreams with a 100% success rate.

Besides being reliable, I also find it to be the easiest RC around...just look at your watch, look away for a split second, and look again. Doesn't get much easier than that. On top of all that, think how many times you'd look at your watch to check the time...I do so many times per day without the intention of performing a reality check, but end up double checking the time every time just in case. That way, even if you didn't look at your watch for the sole purpose of performing a RC the whole day, you still probably got several RC's in just because you were curious what time it was...or someone else asked you, whatever.

Point being...I love my digital watch technique and if you give it a try, you might too.[/b]
I agree. The digital wacth one is the one I used and it never failed. Also I think numbers are more likly to change than letters.
