      Thumbs down

Ok well first off this Technique was made about four weeks ago. TBB stands for Thoughts Before Bed. Now there is a simple order i ask you to do this.

      <div align="center">LINK: "http://www.dreamviews.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=44568&hl=tbb+technique"</div>

      1) Make sure you&#39;ve been on a normal sleep pattern for about a week, and dont eat or drink any thing within an hour and a half before bed.

      2) Either read the technique till you remember it, or print it out and keep it next to bed.

      3) Follow the technique for the next four nights.

Note: If you test this when you nap, please acknowledge that i do not nap pratically ever, and i myself cant test the effectivness of thsi with naps.

      4) Please post your results.
By this i mean by when you ate, when you brushed ur teeth, did you relax before bed, is there anything in my technique that you changed, so on, theres no such thing as too much information (unless somethings gross)

      5) Also please private message me the post you wrote, for my personal record..

      6) finally write in this topic I&#39;m Going To Try This For The Next Four Nights.

      Pleasent LDING

4 nights isnt enough for sufficiant data.

I would gladily participate but i just started a new sleep cyle that is helping mucho (You read that topic, Ty for the reply Triple)

So the problem is i dont have much to base this project off of (sense im not sure what my normall lucidity and vividness of dreams is on average yet with what im doing), and another problem is i kinda already do it. :-D The two nights i really focused on it i had a LD too.

Sorry man, i would love to help out but im not a good test subject.

Love the methood though, its fun :-)

I&#39;ll give it a try tonight. Even if it doesn&#39;t work it&#39;s a good way to further develop story writing skills =P

Before you try this, please read this. Its the SAME thing. You think of the dream before falling asleep. Nightmares are dreams.

      And dont believe everyone that has a new technique, because 99.9% of the time it isnt new.. Its just &#39;reinventing the wheel&#39;... Just some advice&#33;

Everyone knows this already, it&#39;s just a combination of WILD and MILD.
And anyway, it really doesn&#39;t work (at least for me), although, it does allow you to get to sleep really fast
