Wait, do you want us to really move our feet, or just imagine that we're moving them? Or imagine that we're moving them, and then flex their muscles? |

I've used this method to relax myself into falling asleep. I have other issues with finally getting asleep, but this method can make one really comfortable while in bed, with being uncomfortable my prime enemy to sleeping. |

Damn i just did it now on my bed while i was reading this and it worked! Im gonna try it tonight! |

Its been around for awhile but it's always nice to get a refresh, yeah, it feels like your sheets are made of led, and if maintained, will lead to SP. (just imagine your feets throbbing, and as the throb recedes, imagine weights falling around your ankles.) |

Excellent technique. I tried it several times last night, when going to bed, and each time upon waking up to record my dreams, and each time I got really super relaxed using the technique. It's amazing how powerful the imagination is. By doing these exercises using the imagination a person is controlling their mind, which quiets the mind, and thus causes the body to relax. |

Aye, yet another variation of the genreal progressive relaxation technique. |

Currently practicing WILD. I quote Kaniaz who said it best: "The point of WILD is to piss me off". Though, I have not given up, far from it.
Wasn't this technique mentioned in ETWOLD?! |

I've seen this "move your consciousness from your feet to your head" tech several times before, and whenever I try I give up to go to sleep after a while... |

LD Count: 7
Longest time in a lucid dreamstate: ~6 seconds
Still, the most epic six seconds I have ever experienced...
I wasn't aware that there were others like it, but at least it works! And I suppose another way to describe could be moving your conciousness from head to toe, or as if you were moving chakra around in your body. Regardless, I'm happy to hear such positive feedback! |

It resembles the 61 point tech a lot. Just seems a bit easier. |

Good luck with it! Though I can't attest it to better dream recall or increased lucidity chances, it is a nice and easy way to help yourself fall asleep! |

If I read correctly, it should be awesome for WILD. I'll just modifie it a bit and it should work. Let's see. |

Oh! I get it now! Yes, just by comparing the two (61 point and this one), this one seems much easier. I'll try this during the morning, when I try to WILD. |
