Well I tried that one technique where you concentrate on the images you "see" when you close your eyes (luckily I don't have to concentrate hard...) and raise your arms and legs for however long of time. I did that once without concentratiing on my "images" and I felt really tired 5mins later. So I took a nap. Well...I had a dream. But I kept telling myself that If I could remember my dream to try to control it. But when I had the dream I had no control D: I need some help trying to control my dreams. Any suggestions? (Note: I downloaded this one lucidremix thing but haven't got to try it out yet, I need to know if there is something else I can do.)


Oh and one more question...sometimes when Im really tired I close my eyes and rest and then I dream. But I know that Im still awake. How is it that Im still awake but dreaming? I mean these dreams are like real like things. I had this one dream where I walked into my kitchen and fixed a bowl of cereal. But the cereal fell out of my hands and before it hit the floor I woke up and got startled. None of these dreams like this are weird and have to do with real life. Also I tried to do the same thing that happened in my dream and it I didn't drop the bowl...so I don't think I can see the future
