Hi, im new to this forum and probably dont know as much as everyone else about Lucid Dreaming.
What I do know is that over the last few months Ive developed a habit of Sleep Paralysis which occurs most mornings as I begin to come round. Sleep Paralysis is absolutely no fun, Ive heard some terrible stories where people thought they were being sucked into the ground and things like that. Fortunately mine doesnt seem to be as bad as that but its still not very nice. I can usually manage the odd head turn amongst the panic and racing heart and what feels like cramping. Im absolutely certain it is a psychological problem, and the more I panic, the worse it gets resulting in losing hope in being able to move.
From what ive read on the internet it seems Lucid Dreamers induce Sleep Paralysis and see it as an opportunity to enter a Lucid Dream, is this right? I hope so haha.
If anyone could give me any tips whatsoever on how to relax when this happens, (I try everytime but have never suceeded) and hopefully enter a Lucid Dream then I will be eternally grateful! Really!
Thanks
