      I tried this last night, but I woke up with my arms on the pillow instead.
      I think they felled down because of changing sides between the REM cycles.

      I think it is very individual how many times a person changes the side he/she are sleeping on.
      Does anyone have any idea how I easily could find out how many times I change side during the night?
      Are you dreaming?

      I had a dream last night without even using the method. It was far from lucid, but I still remember some parts (3+hours ago) , which is good. I think using the method previously (and keeping a dream journal) has attributed to a better dream recall (as I never remember dreams), and hopefully I'll be able to attain lucidity soon.

      ugh, this is far more difficult than I originally thought. I can't sleep on my back let alone with my arms over my head. I'll try again tonight though.

      it'll probably work for some and not for others.. i found when it came to sleep positions.. its whatever works good. I used to LD alot when i was little, turned out then i slept on my side.. later on i had gotten into the habit of sleepin on my stomach... stopped LDing.. now i go back to my old way and it works just as it did.

      I'm going to try this method. It sounds like a great idea and you dont lose sleep too. Im going to try this when I go to bed while im listing to lucid dream isos. Then I will wake up after 5hours and do a WBTB and try it again. I think it will actually work!

      WOW Believe it or not that actually happened to me a couple of time like i attempt to lay perfectly still to get an OBE but then i like wonder off i open my eyes and i see my hands are at a diff location usually over my head....hmmmm interresting
