I got a book called The Everything Dreams Book, and it had an exercise for lucid dreaming it is the folowing : you have to take a couple of "targets" daily. a targes is like a kind of sign. every day you have to notice the target as amny times as possible. every time you notice it, you do an RC. at the end of the day, you write down how many "hits" there were and after about a week, it should improve.

for example, your target is a red car. every time you see a red car, it is a hit. every hit you do an RC.

this should help people like me, who want to do RCs but do not remember throughought our busy day.
