Don't try to move your physical body, simply imagine rolling out of your bed over and over again in your mind. Repeat in your mind 'I am dreaming' and continue to imagine rolling over, you will then suddenly feel yourself roll over and you may think that you have actually moved your physical body because it feels so realistic. However, the body you feel moving is your dream body.

Once you have rolled out of your bed remember to reality check because the sensations you percieve will be so realistic that you may think you are actually awake and have rolled out of bed.

The important thing to remember is to imagine these movements while in Sleep paralysis, if you actually try to move your limbs you may become distressed and wake yourself up.

Whatever happens always reality check when you open your eyes because there is a chance that you are still asleep and having a false awakening.
      hope this makes sense,

      Are you dreaming or awake?

Thanks, I've been having that same problem. I thought I had to try to move my body while in sp.
I hated going to weddings. All the grandmas would poke me saying. "You're next".
They stopped that when I started doing it to them at funerals

      ATC: "N123YZ, say altitude."
      N123YZ: "ALTITUDE!"
      ATC: "N123YZ, say airspeed."
      N123YZ: "AIRSPEED!"
      ATC: "N123YZ, say cancel IFR."
N123YZ: "Eight thousand feet, one hundred fifty knots indicated."

One man's crash is another man's carefully planned landing maneuver.
