      It's exactly the same for me, thinking about trying to WILD stops me getting to sleep, I guess I just have to find the right balance between drifting off but keeping my goal in mind.

      And always do two or three RCs, incase one fails, is a good bit of adive I've read. (Although I don't really do RCs much myself)

      Yah, I have ADHD and WILDing is rather difficult because of it. I find that if I think about the progress I make during the WILD attempt, I can't get through it. Try some controlled daydreaming during WILD so that you can think about something and not fall asleep. Also, the daydream may very well become your dream if you succeed.
