I've tried WILD right before bed before, with no success. I got pretty far into sleep paralysis, but there were no images coming and no signs of the transition. Although it may be possible, I don't recommend trying it because it's a waste of time and it's much easier after WBTB or in an afternoon nap as Mes Tarrant has said. Maybe you could benefit trying this after having a lot of WILD success with WBTB and such. |
