Well, fellow, there's a plethora of people out there trying to attain lucidity. No one said it's easy, but it is time consuming.

The big thing you should attain, would be patience and discipline. Try meditating for the simple fact of peace and quiet. Test your patience sometimes by forcing yourself to look at things. One thing I would do is when I was in high school, I would get out of class early, and stand in one spot, not moving at all, not to look at my watch, nothing, until my ride came. Of course it may seem weird to stand perfectly still, that's the disciplinary part of this.

This worked great for me when I started loosing my lucid abilities or was becoming stressed in life. Meditating and relaxing is a great thing that the mind and body can't get enough of.

The fact that you created a thread about this perpetuates the fact that it is beginning to be a burden to attain lucidity and may be making you impatient. This would then be your test. Take it easy, step back, take breaks every now and then.

Some people on here make it seem to easy to attain, but for many, it's far, far, difficult, and sometimes, impossible.

To figure out the best way to attain lucidity, figure out why you want to attain lucidity, then work in correlation with those motivations. If you could tell me why you want lucidity, then I'll explain what I mean.. I'd say mine, but I don't have motivations to it.. it just happens..

Hope I am enlightening,
