      how to maintain Lucidity???

I have just ended a horrible dry spell... but hei! I'm back..

What is happening to me in my recent Lds is that ..I become Lucid " hey this is dream" and just a few seconds after I realize that I'm in a Dream the Dream starts to vanish/ disappear...the dream Ends and I awake).

How can I solve this problem>? how can I retain Lucidity? how can I stop the Dream form ending?..¿help?

      Ben..

There are a lot of ways to stop this, but sometimes you can't. Before it vanishes completely, try rubbing your hands or spinning. These help lucids come back most of the time. But when you awaken, it might be a false awakening, so IMMEDIATELY do a reality check.
In a world where darkness is fear, there's always that light at the end of the tunnel.

      Ben..
It might help if U maintain Ur eyes closed and try to reenter the lucid dream. My first lucid dream happened that way and it was hyperreal.

You can also focus on an object in the dream, but I think rubbing your hands together works best.
