      Question WILDing post-signs before LD

Last night, I tried to WILD after about 5 hours of sleep, woke up, went to the bathroom, and read in my bed for about an hour. I fell asleep successfully, and saw the colors, didn't focus on them too much, so they continued. Then, I felt the strange "vibrating" feeling very strongly for about 5 seconds, stopped, then I think I entered SP for about 5 seconds. I kept having these symptoms successfully in "waves" but didn't get any farther than that. I think I need to keep these symptoms going to get to the next stage, but I don't really know how to do that. Any advice?

Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to this life?

Once they start happening, don't move a muscle. Relax, and don't get excited. That should allow the SP to continue. Excitation is an enemy of lucidity.
