      Sleep Paralysis: new techniques?

I was wondering if anyone had personalized methods of getting into Sleep Paralysis. The tutorial on this was kind of brief and I was wondering if people used other means.

      Thanks!

I could be wrong on this, but as far as I know, REM sleep accompanies SP, and vice versa. People that enter SP very quickly are also entering REM quickly, and are thus good WILDers. So, I think the key is getting your body to enter REM, and thus SP. Besides sleep deprivation and WBTB, I don't know of any reliable methods, though. Sorry!

No offense, but why would you want to induce sleep paralysis? All it is is that your mind is waking up faster than you body, or vice versa not completely sure. But its bascially the time frame in which the mind and body biologically snyc up again. I dont believe there is a way to induce it. You know it's happened when you wake up and you have a feeling of numbness.

Yes, I'm watching the sun set at The Grand Canyon and it is really amazing!

When the mind and body work together in unison everything in your life becomes tentative

When you induce SP it makes a lot of things easier such as WILD'ing and entering your dreams quicker. So if you were able to Induce SP you could drastically increase the time that it takes to achieve a WILD and enter a LD.

There are many a technique that can induce SP but they have already been posted like sleeping on your back, meditation, MP3's, etc.

Try these links, they contains a few different techniques to make WILDing easier and acheive sleep paralysis. As well as visualization techniques to further WILDing abilities.
