I know that most people say you should fall asleep a few hours and then wake up before you can WILD, but is it possible to include WILDing into your daily routine, by just going to sleep each night without a nap or anything? has anyone been able to accomplish this consistently? |

It's possible. I've done it but it's not consistent as I really haven't been really testing out things like I used too and plus the whole falling asleep. |
