      Wow, what the hell?

I was listining to a Lucid dream mp3 that was supposed to put me in a trance, it did and i became very relaxed, but after a while i started getting random aches around my body, and i never have aches. one was in my wrist where there is a vain, another was on my leg. and a few others. was i entering SP? becuase i was constantly swallowing from the saliva building up, and wouldn't swallowing keep me from entering SP, because my body knows im awake?

I've had something similar happen once when trying to WILD. I was in anatomical position waiting for SP to hit, and suddenly I get this incredible ache throughout both my arms. At the same time, though, my body became very heavy. I don't know if it was linked to SP or not, but the pain finally became such a hindrance that I gave up on having a WILD.

Frankly, all I gained from that exercise was the knowledge that I have a high pain threshold. If it happens again I don't plan on seeing it through.

No idea. I'm partial to "no" since I swallow all the time, but then again, I've been in a bit of a dry spell lately. In any case, I'd definitely try to keep movement to a bare minimum as much as possible.

I dont think that swallowing makes any difference because its somewhat subconcious. Its almost like breathing you just kinda do it. My 2cents.

Depends on whether you are swallowing and breathing Conciously or Subconciously in order for everything to be running very smoothly it should all be done Subconciously I.E. you aren't thinking about it, it's just happening. And for this to occur it's gonna take a little will power, and patience.
