good luck with your WILDs man! just know that the first one is the hardest.

oh and know that its ok to be flexible. What i mean is, there isnt just one WILD technique for everyone. if somthing isnt working for you, change it! if you dont like your wbtb time at 5 hours, change it to 4 hours, or 6 hours. if you dont think the counting method is working, then try somthing else. If laying on your back isnt working for you, lay on your side or stomach. try WILDing when you are very awake, or nearly asleep, etc. you get the point
