Question for People who do Digital watch reality checks

This is a question for people who use digital watches as a reality check.

My first question is how often do you do reality checks everyday.

My second question is how long did it take to have your first lucid dream since first using the digital watch for a rc.

MY third and most important question is how does this reality check actually happen in a lucid dream (For example, I checked my watch and it had symbols instead of numbers)

      1) Every 20min to half an hour interval.

      2) Many months later but less than 12 months.

      3) U see something odd in the dream and suspect U may be dreaming and U remember to check Ur watch and U become lucid. The digital numbers will go crazy like changing from 100 to 300 and back again.

I'll reply to the first question and point out that it isn't a good idea to try and do reality checks technically - according to time. Do them by your own will, since lucid dreaming is an ability tightly linked to your will power. Same with reality checks and their effectiveness. Do a reality check whenever you think of doing one. If lucid dreaming is your real goal, with meaning, you won't forget - the thought of doing one will occur to you throughout the day and just enough: not too often, not too rarely.
