I'll reply to the first question and point out that it isn't a good idea to try and do reality checks technically - according to time. Do them by your own will, since lucid dreaming is an ability tightly linked to your will power. Same with reality checks and their effectiveness. Do a reality check whenever you think of doing one. If lucid dreaming is your real goal, with meaning, you won't forget - the thought of doing one will occur to you throughout the day and just enough: not too often, not too rarely. |
