Thread: Help with DILDs & reality checks needed

Hey all!

I'm trying to get better at DILDS. It is EXTREMELY rare that I DILD. I know what my dream signs are and they are present in almost every dream but it's also hard to practice doing reality checks on my dream signs as they are people that are out of state and I rarely see them in person.

For those of you who DILD, do you have any ideas on how I could practice doing reality checks on people I don't physically see? Do I pull out their picture every now and then and do a RC or simply do one if they should cross my mind (which surprisingly isn't that often)?

I would love for my subconscious to start giving me that "ah ha" moment while I'm dreaming!

For me I'm usually in my house when my dream starts out so what I did was put a little sticky note in random places in my house that say "RC" on them. Whenever I see one I do a reality check. Maybe put pictures of them in random places and do a RC when you see them haha

Definately....pictures and whenever they cross Ur mind. If U stick with it long enough like months....Ur dreamsign will follow suit and change from real people into those pictures and thoughts about them.

you could just do random reality checks throughout the day, thats what I do. Eventually your subconcious goes "oh I better do a reality check" while you are dreaming.
