Question Lucid dreaming in the first few hours

As far as I can tell, I have had all of my lucid dreams after falling back asleep (in the 7am to 11am period), but I often try to WILD nonetheless as soon as I go to bed.

I was just wondering if I should even bother with this or if all WILD attempts should always be done after a WBTB? Also, say i go to bed late (like around 3am), would that have an impact on my chances of having a successful WILD?

I have had all my wilds in the same time as you said, 7 - 11 am. I think that being tired or just waking up does help. I am trying to get as many wilds as i can in the time period that i know i can, and then once i have experience, put it towards trying to learn how to wild when i first go to bed.

Generally you should make WILD attempts after a WBTB. Only a few people can WILD before sleep. As for the three AM thing it depends on what time you wake up if you go to bed at three AM, if it's noon you might be too wide awake to go back to sleep. If it's 9 or 10 than go for it.

Infinitly greater than you are... Damn that missing E.
