Hypnosis cd's

I bought a hypnosis cd about 6 months ago but it gets to the end of the cd and the man says you are you lucid, i will now let you enjoy your lucid dream but i am not. I follow the instructions but can't seem to let the thoughts absorb me. Any one else have this problem?

i have not tried one of these types of things. what i listen to while i fall asleep are binaural beats you can download from www.sleepphones.com/download I'll usually fall asleep to the "newport waves" and then put "to dreams unsettled" looping the rest of the night. my problem is that i usually have a hard time falling asleep regardless. the binaural beats are supposed to trick your brain into different brainwaves that "lull" it to sleep. last night i tried part of the wild technique, which is to pass any thoughts on without particularly holding on to them, as focusing on them keeps your brain awake, but i find a hard time doing that as well. it was my first time so i understand why it wasn't easy, and maybe this would help both of us. try to not focus on anything particular, just let all your thoughts drift by. i need to get better at this as well, and hopefully that will help me get to sleep, cause it often takes me over 30 minutes to actually fall asleep i have also noticed i have the hardest time falling asleep on days i've had caffeinated beverages or taken a nap. i figure the best way to go is to just save my fatigue for night time, but it's so hard to resist the urge of a nap

I've never entered a lucid dream directly during a CD MP3, nor have I even heard of such a thing until now! I suggest using it in conjunction with WBTB, so your mind has an actual chance of getting into REM by the end of the CD.

I suggest using it in conjunction with WBTB, so your mind has an actual chance of getting into REM by the end of the CD. I did. It was funny. The music was playing. I got lucid and turned on a radio I saw, the music from the "outside" was playing on it. I knew that was so because when I woke up shortly after the same music was continuing. That's how some "you are dreaming now" mp3s work, as you might hear it in your dream.

I have got a few cd's but the best one is Charles Vald's. First track is an intro, second ocean waves which i play on loop sometimes to help me sleep which is very relaxing, third is the self induction going into fourth the main induction. It's really good because you visualise your dream and it's meant to come alive, i'v come close but i often let random thoughts distract me. I'm gonna try it again this afternoon and i have got a great lucid planned. If i could master this it would be awesome, ld at will and i pick the dream.
