I bought a hypnosis cd about 6 months ago but it gets to the end of the cd and the man says you are you lucid, i will now let you enjoy your lucid dream but i am not. I follow the instructions but can't seem to let the thoughts absorb me. |

I've never entered a lucid dream directly during a CD MP3, nor have I even heard of such a thing until now! I suggest using it in conjunction with WBTB, so your mind has an actual chance of getting into REM by the end of the CD. |

I have got a few cd's but the best one is Charles Vald's. First track is an intro, second ocean waves which i play on loop sometimes to help me sleep which is very relaxing, third is the self induction going into fourth the main induction. It's really good because you visualise your dream and it's meant to come alive, i'v come close but i often let random thoughts distract me. I'm gonna try it again this afternoon and i have got a great lucid planned. |
