Some people set the alarm on a digital watch (like every hour) to remember to do an RC. But I prefer to do one every time I see a dream sign. Establish common dream signs by keeping a dream journal and studying it to recognize patterns. |

Create visual reminders. Maybe a wall poster or some piece of art that you can use for the sole purpose of remembering to RC. |
|
I have this problem too. So what I do is write "RC NOW" in big letters in black marker on my hand, and i circle it, so even if I see my hands out of the corner of my eye, I remember to RC. |

^^ but these clues aren't present in your dream, so you're much less likely to RC in a dream, right? |
|
Not necessarily. See, when you do something to remind you to RC, it becomes a habit, so you eventually start to check everytime you look at your hands. Or whatever you use. That's why I think it's preferable to use a visual aid to help you remember if you have trouble remembering. |

Plus, when you get into the habit of regular RCing then you get to where you RC when you even think of the thing that serves as your reminder, not only when you see, hear or feel it. Eventually, you get into a random, spontaneous RC habit. |
