I tried this once because after a while you start to hear the sounds, I have never had a succesful wild but you could try, its diferent for each person. |

That's how I usually fall asleep. The song that was stuck in my head up until that point starts playing again. It has never resulted in a WILD, but it helps with getting to sleep, for me anyway |

I've been wondering this as well, and I think it's definately worth a try. |

It's best not to think of anything during WILD. Just imagine yourself doing something repetitive that doesn't require any thought (like flying through clouds or constantly walking through doorways). If you start thinking of your feelings or of music in this case (music activates a part of our brain), than you are likely to never get through the later stages of a WILD which require you to "let go". |
