      Yes, another supplement.

My father is always on me to take a multivitamin, which I do. He then pointed out some advantages to taking vitamin E. So he gave me a bottle of E- 200 mg tabs. Since then I have had a *&%%$& load of dreams and a couple Lucid ones. I don't think it is a placebo either, because when I began to take them dreaming and what effect it would have on dreams was never a part of the disscussion. The dreams acurred after I had started taking them.
What I think is that it is known to increase circulation. Which could improve circulation to my brain. (And since it is the size of a pea it doesn't take much.)
That or it is coincidence. It has been two weeks of Vitamin E & two weeks of four to five dreams per night. Four in which were Lucid

      Wow, that's awesome!

So you've been taking vitamin E everyday and it hasn't lost it's effect?
      And it's 200 mg a day, correct?
(I have a huge bottle of it!)

That's awesome, I've tried b6 and nutmeg. b6 turn my dreams to a new level of bizzare and nutmeg just made me very sleepy.

      Vitamin E, here I come

Nutmeg Hay. be weary of nutmeg. I have heard that it can be toxic if you take it in large doses or quinities. Causes sickness and or hallucinations.
This is just what i have heard it may be BS.

      That was so necessary.

      Hey Howetzer!

I found the bottle of vitamin E! However, they aren't tabs, they are IUs. One pill is 400 IU.

How do you convert mg to IUs? I am so stupid...

Not as stupid as I. For I just assumed that it was milligrams but they are in I.U. 's as well - 200 I.U.
DO you mean milligrams rather than I.U's Or tabs. Becuase thay are generally found in softgel tablets.

I'm not sure what I mean

They are the softgel tablets, that's all I can figure out. And they are 400IU tablets, so would doubling the dose be okay?

I think it's ok to take those 400IU tablets, because they wouldn't make those if one couldn't take 'em. unless they are ment for horses, who knows

I'll also start takin' some vitamins today. 8)

      Vitamine E

Depends. There are multiple kinds of Vitamine E. One kind is water-soluble and another is fat-soluble. If you are taking water-soluble go for how ever much you want since whatever your body doesn't accept as it passes through your system will flush out in urine. Fat-soluble is different however. As fat-soluble materials pass through your system it is absorbed in fat, if too much is absorbed it can become toxic.

Here is info that sounds more professional:

yea i was going to say. I know carrots have vitamin E in them, but he took 200 mils a day for the effect. I dont think carrots have that much in them. I think that health food stores, and GMC will be my best bet. Does anyone have a price quote?

I've been taking 200mg of B-6 on nights when I want to work on lucids. And it does help, lots of dreams some lucid. But this E could be a nice switch so my body doesnt get used to B6 and loose its effects. Sounds like a good study, I'm going to get some and post results in Research.

I had LD the night when I was eating peanuts hour before I went to sleep. Peanuts are source of vitamin E, so it probably help. I think I try it again.
