i realized that i can't dild as whenever i knew i waas dreaming it will be an insint to wake up

That's not an uncommon problem. You have to make it a point to relax, and focus on the dream as soon as you become lucid. It could also be that the dream is naturally ending, and you become lucid for the last few seconds of it, but there's nothing you can do becuase the dream is already ending.
