yeah um...just go to the tutorial section and read everything you want to know there. RC's, consistency etc...has been explained and talked about time and time again. By the way, nice choice in numbers |

Reply to this if you have, and put some tips in, like how consistent I have to be with Reality Checks. |

Things are not as they seem
The most important thing is patience and consistency. Pick a couple good reality checks, and still with them. Whenever you have an intense emotion, whenever your friends say something odd, whenever you can't remember how you got to where you are, do a reality check. It'll transfer to your dreams eventually. Don't expect overnight results. It may take months to get your first lucid. But if you are consistent and patient, more will follow quickly, and all will be of high quality. If you stick with your technique long enough, it'll be hard to stop lucid dreaming! |

I use both of the above methods (plugging my nose second and from the inside, not with my fingers). Finally I finish by checking where I am, and decide if I am likely to be there while awake. For example I do this so often that if I ever find myself in an office building I will know that I am dreaming; this usually leads to remembrance to do a reality check. |

I can LD whenever I want. I find that the deliberate mention of "I am going to dream of..." repeated three times out loud, and once again inside your mind helps a lot. I also use a technique of seeing a ball of fire in front of me, and moving inside that ball of fire. I just then sit there and clear my mind until I fall asleep. I also use Kalms (45mg Hops Powder, 135mg Valerian, 90mg Gentian) and take three of these before I go to bed. Have also been experimenting with TicTacs lately. Mixed results, but when they work, I get incredibly strange lucids. |
