Don't get discouraged... you're still very new at this. Very few people get it in the first three nights, or even in the first couple of weeks. Keep up the journal, keep doing the RCs, and it'll happen sooner or later. |

Okay, I have been practicing for the past 3 nights recording my dreams, and I naturally wake up about 4 to record my dream for the night before, but every time after recording my dreams, I'm always going "oh I could've been lucid there, there and there" it's all so simple in theory but in practice it's hard to be conscious in your dream, I am gonna get this, i will be lucid, i'm just hoping someone can point me in a good direction to go :p |

My two cents is: read the tutorials on different techniques to become lucid - try as many as you can, and find the one that works for you most frequently, and keep doing it. Different things work for different people, find your favourite and develop it. |

Something that I used to do (and I think I will start doing again) is highlighting in my dream journal different things that might have been dream signs. Weird things in dreams consist of 5 dream clues that help point out differences from waking reality. They are... |
