      Yeh, Its probably that lol. I find it when I try to make myself relax, even in a well lit room with my computer buzzing, I started to go into a WILD. I snapped myself out of it though becaus I was hearing weird stuff. One thing that's sorta weird is that it started to work in about 20 seconds, and I it was about 9 pm in the afternoon (I've been up all day).

      I think that if I really try to relax, Im gonna slip into a WILD, which I don't want in the middle of the day. I could be wrong though, yet when ever I start to relax, I get the same stuff from before.

      Aw, dude! Congratulations! I wish I was a natural WILDer. I've been able to complete one WILD. In fact, it was my 1st LD. I have been able to enter sleep paralysis a few more times but it is sooooo dificult for me. Probably because I have ADHD.

      Last night, I was trying to go to bed normally, when I got the SP feelings creeping up on me, without really using any of that imagry stuff that I've used before. I guess my body was tired and my mind wasnt because I was using my computer for about 3 striat hours before going to sleep. But anyways, I snapped myself outta it like 4 times by making a fist and moving my legs. Also, Being relax seems to be all I need now to enter a WILD, but I'm not entirely sure, feels like it tho
