I have been doing more then 50 RC's a day for a week and I can't seem to LD. I found this one method that you wake up 6 hours after you are in bed and stay up intall you are no longer sleepy but I never seem to wake up at the right time and Im worried that I will not beable to fall asleep. |

If you're trying to hard then it's not going to work. Keep doing what you're doing for a week or two, or maybe 3. If nothing happens, then take a brake. Usually LD's follows when you take brakes. |
